Balance-Yoga-Program (written, with pictures)
This is a specific Balance-Yoga-Program (written, with pictures), that you can practice on, daily 30-90 min, based on your very own constitution. The Program is suitable independently of previous Yoga experiences. So, even if you have not practiced Yoga before or have practiced Yoga for years, already, this Program can help you achieve therapeutic benefits, as it`s based on my further education in Yoga Therapy. When I`ve started pracitcing Yoga, I`ve felt it`s effect physiologically as well as psychologically, so I started practicing Yoga regularly as a meditative Practice (not a sport). Soon after, I had the wish to be able to do Yoga independently of joining weekly Yoga classes and therefore became a Yoga Teacher. I accomplished two Yoga- Teacher-Trainings, one in Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow and one in Yin, Iyengar, Restorative Yoga and Basics in Yoga Therapy. Because of my interest in health, I also wished to be able to prepare specific Yoga-Programs for specific phsyciological and/or psychological health issues and therefore accomplished further Education in Yoga Therapy.
The Balance-Yoga-Program contains the elements:

F.e. You may have different of the following health issues and constitution pitha (based on Ayurveda), which is specified in the first appointment between you and I. After, I prepare a Balance-Yoga-Program that is specific for you to work on and we go through that program together, for you to see how to practice it, in the second appointment.
